The power ultrasonic homogenizer can prevent fouling and scaling issues without using environmentally harmful chemicals—helping industries achieve environmental targets.
Ultrasonic liquid processor is widely application in many area, it can speed up the liquid homogenization and emulsification, improves dispersion effect, reduces dispersed particles, inactivates and sterilizes cells, and can also achieve degassing effect through the pressure difference generated by itself.
Ultrasonic Dispersion and homogenize
Ultrasonic will create cavitation and mechanical vibrations in liquids to evenly disperse suspended particles or droplets in the medium, preventing agglomeration. For example, in the preparation of some nanomaterials, nanoparticles can be dispersed in a solution to achieve a more uniform distribution. In dairy processing, for example, the diameter of fat globules in milk can be controlled to a smaller range, preventing stratification and improving the appearance and taste of the milk.Graphene dispersion, pigment dispersion all be widely combined with ultrasonic liquid processor

Ultrasonic Anti-scaling and descaling
Ultrasonic vibration and micro-jet action help remove dirt from surfaces and liquids. The cavitation effect it produces destroys the structure of dirt and peels it off the surface. In industrial circulating water systems, it can prevent scale from forming on pipes and equipment surfaces, reducing maintenance costs.

Ultrasonic Extraction
Using the intense cavitation effect and mechanical vibration generated by ultrasonic radiation pressure, the frequency and speed of molecular motion are increased, enhancing solvent penetration, thereby accelerating the entry of target ingredients into the solvent and improving extraction efficiency. This technology is widely used in extracting active ingredients from traditional Chinese medicines and extracting oils.
Emulsification
Ultrasonic emulsification using the cavitation effect, shear force, and microfluidics of ultrasound to mix two immiscible liquids (such like mix oil and water) to form a stable emulsion. The core principle is that the intense impact force generated by the collapse of cavitation bubbles disrupts the droplet interface, breaking the dispersed phase (such as oil droplets) into tiny droplets that are evenly dispersed in the continuous phase (such as water), while simultaneously reducing droplet agglomeration and improving the stability of the emulsion. For example, in cosmetics production, ultrasonic emulsification can be used to emulsify oil, water, and additives to form a fine, stable emulsion. In the pharmaceutical field, it can be used to prepare emulsions of fat-soluble drugs, improving their absorption efficiency.
Other application, Additionally ultrasonic liquid processor is also widely used in extinction, degassing and other scenarios. For example, beverage sterilization, sewage treatment sterilization, seaweed inactivation, ice cream filling, detergent and other daily chemical products canning.
Depending on the installation process, there are two main modes: Direct Insertion and Follow Cell .
When using the Flow Cell mode for dispersion and homogenization, the following considerations apply:
- Particle size: Different applications have different particle size requirements. Generally speaking, the Flow Cell mode is suitable for processing materials with smaller particles. For example, in dairy homogenization, fat globules can be refined to the micron level. However, the specific particle size range that can be processed depends on factors such as the power and frequency of the equipment, as well as the structural design of the Flow Cell.Particle size: will effect the pump model and the pipe diameter also.
- Processing capacity: The processing capacity of the Flow Cell depends on factors such as the equipment model, the number of cascaded units, and the flow rate of the fluid. Generally speaking, through appropriate design and configuration, processing capacity requirements of varying scales can be met. However, the specific upper limit of processing capacity should be referenced by the equipment manufacturer's technical specifications.

When using Direct Insertion type , the following considerations be noted:
- Tank size: The tank size should be determined based on factors such as the processing volume, material characteristics, and the power of the ultrasonic equipment. Larger processing volumes generally require larger tanks, but the propagation of ultrasonic waves within the tank must also be considered to ensure that the material within the entire tank is effectively processed.
- Liquid level: The liquid level affects the propagation and effectiveness of ultrasonic waves. Generally, the liquid level should be moderate, ensuring sufficient ultrasonic penetration while avoiding excessive attenuation of the ultrasonic energy due to excessive liquid height. The specific liquid level requirement depends on factors such as the equipment power, frequency, and tank shape. Ultrasonic probes cannot running without liquid, so the tank height is essential.
- Flange mounting dimensions: The flange mounting dimensions should be determined based on the tank size, pressure rating, and the requirements of the connected piping and equipment. Relevant industry standards or specifications should generally be followed. We typically use DN50 and 77.5 Tri-clamp.
- Tank pressure: The tank pressure should be determined based on factors such as the material properties, operating conditions during processing, and the pressure resistance of the equipment. If the material being processed is under normal pressure, the tank body is generally designed for normal pressure; if it involves special operating conditions such as high temperature, high pressure or vacuum, it is necessary to design the corresponding pressure-resistant or vacuum-resistant tank body according to the specific situation, and the flange will also be modified accordingly.
