It is mainly composed of an ultrasonic transducer, an horn, a tool head and an ultrasonic generator. Ultrasonic waves can produce cavitation, mechanical, thermal and chemical effects, and use these effects to achieve the purpose of use. The cavitation effect of ultrasound is widely used in various applications of liquid treatment. Ultrasonic cavitation will form a small gas core, which can generate instantaneous pressure and finish under the action of positive and negative pressure. The pressure reaches 5MPA, the instantaneous high temperature reaches 5K, and there is a strong shock wave and deterrent flow. So it brings a series of mechanical effects: polymer decomposition, chemical bond breakage, free radical generation, and so on. Its chemical effects include degradation of organic matter, sterilization and so on.

The ultrasonic homogenizer offers amplitude control from 10-90%. This enables greater control of the probe’s intensity, helping to pinpoint the optimum settings for efficient sample processing.
The ultrasonic homogenizer offers time control from 0.1~99 seconds.
