When purchasing industrial ultrasonic cleaners, the following points should be noted:
1. The selection of frequency: The ultrasonic cleaning frequency ranges from more than ten kHz to 100 kHz. The physical cleaning force caused by cavitation during the use of water or water cleaning agents is obviously beneficial for low frequencies, usually around 15-30 kHz. For cleaning parts with small gaps, narrow gaps, and deep holes, it is better to use high-frequency (usually above 40kHz), even several hundred kHz. When cleaning clock parts, use 400kHz. If broadband frequency modulation cleaning is used, the effect is better.
2. The selection of cleaning solution temperature: The appropriate cleaning temperature for water cleaning solution is 40-60 ℃, especially in cold weather. If the cleaning solution temperature is low, the cavitation effect is poor, and the cleaning effect is also poor. Therefore, some cleaning machines wrap heating wires around the outer edge of the cleaning cylinder for temperature control. When the temperature rises, cavitation is prone to occur, so the cleaning effect is good. As the temperature continues to rise, the gas pressure inside the bubble increases, causing a decrease in shock sound pressure, reflecting the multiplication effect of these two factors.
3. The use of cleaning cages is often used when cleaning small parts and items. Due to the ultrasonic attenuation caused by the mesh, special attention should be paid. When the frequency is 28 khz, it is better to use a mesh of 10mm or more.
4. Regarding the amount of cleaning fluid and the location of the cleaned parts, it is generally recommended that the cleaning fluid level be above 100mm above the surface of the vibrator. For example, the liquid level at 300W and 24kHz is approximately 120mm high; The liquid level at 600W and 24kHz is approximately 150mm high. Due to the influence of standing wave field on the single frequency cleaning machine, the amplitude at the wave node is very small, while the amplitude at the wave amplitude is large, resulting in uneven cleaning. Therefore, Z Jia chooses to place the cleaning items at the wave amplitude.
5. The choice of power may not necessarily affect the effectiveness of ultrasonic cleaning × Cleaning time is proportional, sometimes with low power, it takes a long time to remove dirt. If the power reaches a certain value, sometimes the dirt is quickly removed. If the power is too large, the cavitation intensity will be greatly increased, and the cleaning effect will be improved, but at this time the more precise parts will also have corrosion spots, which is not worth the loss. Moreover, the cavitation at the vibrating plate at the bottom of the cleaning cylinder is serious, and the water spot corrosion will also increase. When using organic solvents such as Trichloroethylene, there is basically no problem, but when using water or water-soluble cleaning fluid, it is easy to be corroded by water spots. If the surface of the vibrating plate has been damaged, Under strong power, cavitation and corrosion are more severe underwater, so it is necessary to choose the sound power of the ultrasonic disperser according to the actual use situation.
