How ultrasonic liquid handlers work:
There are two ways of working with the focusing probe type high-power ultrasonic acoustic liquid treatment system.
First, the liquid to be treated is in the normal circulation and reaction of the container, and the ultrasonic transmitter is inserted into the liquid to emit ultrasonic waves. The liquid to be treated flows through the container, and at the same time, it is acted by strong ultrasonic waves. The size of the reaction vessel or the temperature can be high or low. Generally speaking, for containers of the same size, the smaller the flow rate of the liquid, or the longer the time spent in the container, the stronger the intensity of the ultrasonic wave, and of course the less output. Conversely, the shorter the action time of the control ultrasonic, the lower the intensity of the ultrasonic action and the higher the flow (ie, the output). This method is also suitable for anti-scaling and descaling applications.
Second, the treatment method is to use the special ultrasonic reactor designed and produced by our company to form a complete sonochemical reactor. The liquid to be treated flows in from one end of the reactor, and flows out from the other end after the action of ultrasonic waves. In this way, the changes to the original chemical system are minimal and effective.
