Ultrasonic Air Atomizing Spray Fog Misting Nozzle, Pneumatic Fog Atomizer, Dry Fog ...
The ultrasonic atomizer has a power supply that converts low-frequency electrical energy to high-frequency electrical energy. This electrical energy is then converted into mechanical vibrations by a piezoelectric transducer, which is typically made of ceramic.

what is ultrasonic atomization:
The core principle of ultrasonic atomization spraying equipment is to use an ultrasonic transducer to convert electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations, breaking the liquid into tiny droplets. Airflow and relative motion then evenly spray the droplets onto the substrate surface. Essentially, it leverages the high-frequency vibrations of ultrasound to achieve efficient and precise atomization and deposition of liquids.
Types of ultrasonic atomizer:
Depending on the application of ultrasonic atomizer , we divide ultrasonic atomizer into four types:
● Wide coated ultrasonic atomizer
● Gather coated ultrasonic atomizer
● fluxing ultrasonic atomizer
● high temperature ultrasonic atomizer
Customers can tell us your application information too get suitable equipment.
What ultrasonic atomization consist with?
1. Ultrasonic Atomization: The key of Converting Liquids into Tiny Droplets
The key to ultrasonic atomization lies in the effect of ultrasonic vibrations on the liquid, primarily achieved through an ultrasonic transducer and atomizing head (vibrator):
Ultrasonic Generation
2.The high-frequency power supply in the device generates an electrical signal at a specific frequency (we can supply 40kHz to 120kHz, higher frequency , smaller atomized particles) and transmits it to the ultrasonic transducer (made of a piezoelectric material such as piezoelectric ceramic).
The piezoelectric material mechanically vibrates under the influence of an alternating electric field (the inverse piezoelectric effect), converting electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration energy, generating ultrasonic waves.
3.The Liquid Atomization Process
Ultrasonic vibrations are transmitted through the atomizing head (vibrator surface) to the liquid to be atomized (such as paint, pharmaceuticals, nano-slurries, etc.). When liquid comes into contact with the high-frequency vibrating atomizer head, the vibrational energy creates dramatic tension fluctuations on the liquid's surface.
Tiny "standing waves" form on the liquid's surface. The tension at the wave crests exceeds the surface tension of the liquid, causing the liquid to break into numerous droplets with tiny diameters (typically 1-100μm, adjustable by frequency; higher frequencies produce finer droplets).
These droplets gain kinetic energy from the vibrations, breaking away from the liquid's surface and forming a uniform aerosol (mist-like particles).
Advantage:
1. Highly controllable spraying avoids rework costs caused by excessive spraying.
2. The thickness of the flux can be controlled, and the coating thickness is as thin as 20 microns.
3. The uniform flux layer eliminates the floating of the die, which may cause the die and the substrate to be scrapped.
4. It can accommodate a processing tray composed of a variety of substrate configurations.
5. Non-clogging ultrasonic spraying requires very little cleaning work and has high repeatability.
6. It is verified to be compatible with indium flux.
