What’s the principle of ultrasonic atomization:

Liquid is introduced to the probe through an inlet on the side, usually by gravity or a low pressure pump. There are different probes for different applications. A flat tip probe, for example, can focus particles at a specific location. A wide dispersion probe has an extended spray range, making it ideal for coating applications, and a radial probe is typically used to spray the interior walls of bores.The factors influencing the initial droplet size produced are frequency of vibration, surface tension, and viscosity of the liquid.RPS-SONIC supply the range of 20–100 kHz, beyond the range of human hearing, where the highest frequencies produce the smallest drop size

A: If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. If we need to produce, we can discuss the MOQ according to customer’s exact situation.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: The general delivery time is 2 days after receiving your payment. Anther, if customized equipment, it takes about 10 days.

Q: Do you provide sample test ? Is it free?

A: Yes, we can supply sample test free, you can delivery material to us, we will test and video for you.

Q: What is your term of payment?

A: If the cargo with stocks, our payment is 100% in advance. If the cargo need customize for long time, 50% in advance, 50% before shipment.
