This extreme local environment effectively disrupts the cell walls and cell membranes of avocado pulp cells, allowing the intracellular oil components to be rapidly released into the extraction solvent. At the same time, the microjets and shock waves accelerate the transport of substances within the extraction system, shortening the contact equilibrium time between the oil and the solvent, thus significantly improving extraction efficiency. Furthermore, the mechanical vibration of ultrasound ensures thorough mixing of the extraction system, further enhancing the extraction effect.
