The Working Principle Of A Homogeneous Emulsification Machine
Sep 04, 2023
After the materials are mixed and reacted in a water and oil pot through heating and stirring, they are sucked into the emulsification pot by a vacuum pump. The center of the upper part of the emulsification pot is stirred, and the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper always caters to the shape of the stirring pot, sweeping away the adhering materials on the wall, causing the materials to continuously generate new boundaries. After cutting, compressing, and folding the blades and rotating blades, they are stirred and mixed, and then flow downwards to the homogenizer below the pot, The material undergoes strong shearing, impact, turbulence, and other processes between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. The material is cut in the shear joint and quickly breaks into 200nm-2um particles. Due to the vacuum state in the emulsification pot, the bubbles generated during the mixing process of the material are promptly removed.
In the manufacturing process of high viscosity emulsions, especially creams, ointments, and emulsions, the common problems are the large particle size of the dispersed phase and the mixing of air into the product during stirring, which leads to the instability and lack of luster of the emulsion; Mixing air into the product can cause bubbles, bacterial contamination, easy oxidation, and uneven appearance. In response to two major issues, the ZJR series vacuum homogenization emulsification unit combines the characteristics of homogenization stirrer, central blade stirring, and scraping wall stirring to achieve mixed products. By adopting a vacuum pumping method, the produced products are no longer mixed with bubbles during the mixing process, thereby ensuring the production of products with high gloss, delicacy, and good ductility.
