Seven Precautions For Using Ultrasonic Cleaning

1、 The power supply of Ultrasonic cleaning and electric heater must be well grounded.

2、 It is strictly prohibited to turn on the heating switch when there is no liquid in the cleaning equipment with heating equipment.

3、 It is prohibited to hit the bottom of the cleaning cylinder with heavy objects (iron parts) to avoid damage to the energy converter chip.

4、 The power supply of the ultrasonic generator should use a separate 220V/50Hz power supply and be equipped with a voltage regulator of over 2000W.

5、 Clean the bottom of the cylinder regularly and avoid excessive debris or dirt.

6、 Every time a new liquid is changed, wait for the ultrasonic to start before washing the parts.

7、 It is strictly prohibited to start the Ultrasonic cleaning without detergent, that is, the ultrasonic switch cannot be turned on without a certain amount of detergent added to the cleaning cylinder.
