Precautions for the use of Ultrasonic Homogenizer:

1.Before starting,it should be fully inspected whether the coexistence of each solid part and pipeline should be strong and reliable;

2.Inject clean mechanical oil into the power box to the oil level line;

3.Put connect the plunger cooling water,and use the water to form a thin line;

4.Check the oil regularly,change the oil for 100 hours for the new machine,and change it every 1,000 hours in the future;

5.Check the rotation of the belt,and the reverse rotation is strictly prohibited at work;

6.It is strictly forbidden to start with pressure;

7.After starting the pressure table,if the pressure table is beating violently or the pressure does not go up,the pressure gauge will be zero and then loosen the open gas device screw until the air bubble overflows,and then the screw is tightened.

8.After starting,it should be gradually adjusted to the required pressure to avoid impact caused by stress mutations;

9.When running the load,the work pressure cannot exceed the rated pressure value;

10.Press the average pine regulating handle before parking to remove the pressure.After the machine is stopped,the valve on the feed pipe is turned off.
