Analyze The Structural Composition And Usage Characteristics Of The Ultrasonic Emulsification Instrument

Jun 04, 2023

Ultrasonic emulsifier is a multifunctional and versatile instrument that utilizes ultrasonic waves to generate cavitation effects in liquids; It can be used for the breaking of various animal and plant cells, virus cells, bacteria and tissues, as well as the breaking and recombination of various inorganic substances. At the same time, it can be used for emulsification, separation, homogenization, extraction, defoaming cleaning and accelerating chemical reactions. It can be widely used in teaching, scientific research and production in biochemistry, microbiology and pharmacology, physics, zoology, agriculture, medicine, pharmacy and other fields.

This product can upgrade your ordinary equipment to chemical equipment with ultrasonic waves through simple installation without changing the customer's existing production equipment and process flow. Ultrasonic power is high, investment is low, installation is simple, and production and efficiency are improved significantly.

Its structural composition:
The ultrasonic emulsification instrument consists of three parts: ultrasonic vibration components, ultrasonic driving power supply, and reaction kettle:
Ultrasonic vibration components mainly include high-power ultrasonic transducer, horn and tool head, which are used to generate ultrasonic vibration and emit this vibration energy into the liquid. The transducer converts the input electrical energy into mechanical energy, which is ultrasound. Its manifestation is that the transducer moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction, with an amplitude typically of a few micrometers. This amplitude power density is not sufficient and cannot be directly used. The amplitude transformer amplifies the amplitude according to the design requirements, isolates the reaction solution and transducer, and also serves to fix the entire ultrasonic vibration system. The tool head is connected to a variable amplitude rod, which transmits ultrasonic energy vibration to the tool head, which then emits the ultrasonic energy into the chemical reaction liquid.

Its main characteristics:
1. Automatic resonance point and power control do not require frequent manual energy adjustment;
2. 99 hour process control timer controls the total working time: from 1 second to 99 hours, pausing the current running task in real time;
3. The working hours are displayed in a cumulative state;
4. On/off pulse timer ensures high intensity processing of temperature sensitive samples, and both on and off cycles can be set from 1 second to 99 hours;
5. Automatic amplitude compensation ensures that the probe amplitude does not change due to load changes during the ultrasonic process.
